Noisy flip flop slippers are not allowed on the beach at night. Some people prefer sandals, some trainers, some trekking boots, and some walk barefoot on the beach at night. It is up to you, but good shoes are needed to walk safe on rocky paths to get to some beaches.

Do not bring drugs – there is a very heavy jail sentence here in Greece and they are not welcome in the local community
