Accommodation is free for all volunteers who bring their tents in our "field research station" (see picture right). Big olive trees provide shade to tents.
There are showers with solar powered hot water, toilets and kitchen facilities.
Volunteers have to bring their own tents, sleeping bags, mats and everything they need to sleep.
Food is paid and cooked by volunteers.
There is a kitty and volunteers cook for everyone in shifts, normally in pairs.
Just as an indication, last summer volunteers paid about 20-30€ per week for the kitty to cook common meals (see picture of the kitchen right).
Normally each volunteer cleans and cooks at least twice a week, they keep a small organic garden for fresh vegetables and they do maintenance to the place. The "field research station" is a small community in which everyone gives their contribution to make it work
